Depending on the consent provided, messages may include transactional communications such as appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, account notifications, service-related updates, inquiry follow-ups, and information related to requested services. Marketing or promotional messages may include information about services, promotional offers, educational information, and other marketing communications related to health insurance, life insurance, long-term care planning, retirement planning, and related services. Message frequency may vary.
Consent to Receive Messages
By voluntarily providing your mobile phone number and selecting the applicable SMS consent option on our website, you consent to receive the type of SMS/text messages described by that consent option from James Elmo. Consent to receive SMS/text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Re-Enrollment
If you previously opted out and would like to receive SMS/text messages again, you may reply START to the applicable SMS number or complete the applicable SMS consent process on our website. Re-enrollment is subject to the applicable consent requirements.

Our SMS/text messaging program is intended to operate in accordance with applicable federal and state laws and applicable telecommunications industry requirements, including applicable provisions of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable CTIA messaging guidelines. SMS consent is collected voluntarily through the applicable website consent process. Consent is not pre-selected, and users may withdraw SMS consent at any time by replying STOP.
Legal Compliance
James Elmo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue its SMS/text messaging program when necessary to comply with applicable laws, regulations, carrier requirements, or telecommunications industry standards. These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
